White Chocolate Brownies

Description

Indulge in these rich and gooey white chocolate brownies that are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and white chocolate chips over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
