Description

A delicious and healthy vegan spaghetti sauce that will transform your pasta nights into pure delight!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup of chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup of chopped onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the diced tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, and garlic.
  2. Add the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir well and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  4. Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in the balsamic vinegar and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
