Instructions
- Mash the ripe banana in a microwave-safe mug until smooth.
- Add flour, baking powder, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the mug. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in any optional ingredients like chocolate chips or walnuts, if using.
- Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, checking after 1 minute. The cake is done when it has risen and is set in the middle.
- Allow to cool for a minute before enjoying your quick vegan banana mug cake!
