  • 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp


Instructions

  3. Gradually add the sugar, continuing to beat until the mixture is glossy and stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold in the vanilla extract, vinegar, and cornstarch.
  5. Spoon the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round disc.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the pavlova cool completely inside.
  7. Once cooled, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and spread it over the pavlova.
  8. Top with diced pineapple and passion fruit pulp before serving.
