Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of shrimp, deveined
  • 2 pounds of crab legs
  • 1 pound of mussels
  • 1 pound of clams
  • 4 ears of corn, cut in half
  • 1 pound of baby potatoes
  • 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Water

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt and Old Bay seasoning.
  2. Add the baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add the mussels and clams, cooking until they open, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add the shrimp and crab legs, cooking until the shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and squeeze lemon juice over the seafood.
  7. Drain the pot and serve the seafood on a large platter.
  8. Garnish with minced garlic and additional lemon wedges.
