A Mediterranean twist on pizza night. Tzatziki Chicken Pizza layers grilled chicken, creamy yogurt sauce, feta, and fresh toppings on a crisp flatbread crust for a light, bold, and craveable meal.
Ingredients

- 2 flatbreads or naan (or 1 large pre-baked crust)
- 1 cup cooked grilled chicken, sliced
- ½ cup tzatziki (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta
- ¼ cup kalamata olives, sliced
- Fresh parsley or dill, for garnish
Optional Homemade Tzatziki:
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup finely grated cucumber (drained well)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp chopped dill
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and salt to make tzatziki. Chill while prepping pizza.
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake 3–4 minutes to pre-crisp.
- Spread a thin layer of tzatziki over each crust.
- Top with sliced grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, and crumbled feta.
- Bake 7–9 minutes until crust is golden and toppings are warmed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or dill and an extra drizzle of tzatziki. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
To avoid soggy crust, always pre-bake your flatbread and keep tzatziki spread thin. Great with a side of hummus or cucumber salad!
