Description

A delightful and easy recipe for Thanksgiving Peas that will elevate your holiday feast.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the peas and cook for about 5 minutes, until heated through.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Fresh peas are preferred, but frozen peas work well too.
