Description

A delicious way to enjoy your Thanksgiving feast with leftover turkey and cranberry sauce.


Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Leftover turkey, shredded
  • Cranberry sauce
  • Swiss cheese, sliced
  • Butter, melted
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the shredded turkey on the bottom halves of the buns.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce over the turkey.
  5. Add a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the cranberry sauce.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  8. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the slider buns.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
