A delicious way to enjoy your Thanksgiving feast with leftover turkey and cranberry sauce.
Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Leftover turkey, shredded
- Cranberry sauce
- Swiss cheese, sliced
- Butter, melted
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the shredded turkey on the bottom halves of the buns.
- Spread cranberry sauce over the turkey.
- Add a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the cranberry sauce.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Brush the butter mixture over the top of the slider buns.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add other toppings like lettuce or sliced tomatoes.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Adjust the amount of cranberry sauce to your taste preference.
