Description

A delicious and hearty dip perfect for parties and gatherings, combining a variety of flavors and textures.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and sour cream, mixing until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, cooked sausage (if using), taco seasoning, and green onions.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
