- 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage (optional)
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
- Add the softened cream cheese and sour cream, mixing until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, cooked sausage (if using), taco seasoning, and green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
