Description

A delicious and hearty dish featuring chicken smothered in creamy jack cheese, inspired by Texas Roadhouse.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the onions and green peppers until soft.
  4. In a baking dish, place the seasoned chicken breasts and top with the sautéed vegetables.
