Description

Delicious and fun appetizer cups made with crispy tater tots, perfect for parties.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a muffin tin, place tater tots in each cup and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. Remove from the oven and use a spoon to press down the center of each tater tot cup.
  4. Fill each cup with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Top with chopped green onions and serve with sour cream and ranch dressing.
