Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and corn kernels.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken and corn, and stir until well combined.
- Top with crumbled cotija cheese and garnish with fresh cilantro.
