Description

A delicious and easy-to-make taco dip perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. In a serving dish, spread the refried beans evenly on the bottom.
  2. Layer the sour cream over the refried beans.
  3. Spread the salsa on top of the sour cream.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the salsa.
  5. Add a layer of chopped lettuce.
  6. Top with diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, use hot salsa.
