- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F with a pizza stone inside if using.
- Cook beef sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking into crumbles. Drain excess fat.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
- Transfer dough to parchment or a pizza peel, brush lightly with olive oil, and spread sauce evenly.
- Top with mozzarella, cooked sausage, and feta.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, and top with fresh basil before slicing.
