  • 1 cup fresh raspberries


Instructions

  1. Mix raspberry preserves, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, kosher salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl to create the glaze.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with kosher salt, black pepper, and chili powder.
  3. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add seasoned chicken thighs to the skillet and sear for about 5–7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  5. Pour the prepared glaze over the chicken, stirring to coat evenly.
  6. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to meld flavors and thicken the glaze.
  7. Top with slices of fresh jalapeño and garnish with fresh raspberries before serving.
