Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, cilantro, egg, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Serve with additional sweet chili sauce for dipping.
