Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, cilantro, egg, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
