Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (like erythritol or stevia)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit (optional)


Instructions

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If using, fold in the fresh fruit.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
