Description

A delicious dessert that combines the flavors of sugar cookies and creamy cheesecake for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups sugar cookie dough
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping
  • Sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the sour cream and flour until just combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cookie crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  10. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.
