Description

A delightful twist on traditional biscuits, these stuffing biscuits are perfect for your holiday table.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 cup prepared stuffing mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the prepared stuffing mix, thyme, and garlic powder.
  5. Pour in the milk and mix until just combined.
  6. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  7. Roll out to about 1-inch thickness and cut into biscuits.
  8. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
