Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 cup corn (fresh, canned, or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (optional)

Instructions
