- 2 packages of refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out one package of pie crust and place it in a baking sheet.
- Spread the strawberry jam evenly over the crust.
- Add the sliced strawberries on top of the jam.
- Roll out the second package of pie crust and place it over the filling.
- Seal the edges and cut slits in the top crust for steam to escape.
- Brush the top with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before drizzling with a mixture of powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add sprinkles if desired.
