- 1 pre-made tart shell
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the tart shell in a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a bowl, mix the sliced strawberries with honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the baked tart shell.
- Layer the honeyed strawberries on top of the feta.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the strawberries.
- Bake the tart for an additional 15-20 minutes until the strawberries are soft.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
