Description

Delicious bite-sized cheesecake treats with a strawberry crunch topping.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup crushed strawberries
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup strawberry crunch topping


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix crushed strawberries with the cheesecake mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter to form a crust.
  5. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping over the cheesecake layer.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
