Delicious bite-sized cheesecake treats with a strawberry crunch topping.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup crushed strawberries
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup strawberry crunch topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix crushed strawberries with the cheesecake mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter to form a crust.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust evenly.
- Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping over the cheesecake layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
- For a firmer texture, freeze the bites for 30 minutes before serving.
- Can substitute fresh strawberries with frozen ones if needed.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar to taste.
