Description

A delightful, creamy topping that transforms iced beverages into indulgent treats with the sweet and tangy notes of strawberries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 30 ml heavy cream (cold)
  • 5 g freeze-dried strawberries (powdered) or strawberry syrup
  • 15 ml whole milk or non-dairy alternative
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 g powdered sugar (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add cold heavy cream in a jar or container.
  2. Incorporate the freeze-dried strawberry powder (or strawberry syrup).
  3. Pour in whole milk (or non-dairy alternative).
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Sprinkle powdered sugar into the mixture (adjust to taste).
  6. Froth the ingredients using a handheld frother or whisk until light and fluffy with soft peaks.
  7. Use immediately as a topping for your favorite iced drink, or cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
  8. Pour the cold foam over iced matcha, cold brew, tea, or any chilled beverage.

Notes

For a sugar-free alternative, consider using stevia, monk fruit, or allulose. Do not freeze cold foam as it alters its texture.
