- 2 cups ripe strawberries, sliced
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cake flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before removing it from the pan.
- Once cooled, top with sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
