- 4 flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Butter, for cooking
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over two of the flour tortillas.
- Layer sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the strawberries.
- Top with the remaining tortillas to form quesadillas.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
- Cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
