Description
Crispy strawberry cheesecake eggrolls with a creamy, tangy filling and fresh berries. Perfect dessert for parties or weekend treats.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup diced fresh strawberries, patted dry
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Water for sealing
- Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)
- Optional: Cinnamon sugar for coating
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in strawberries gently.
- Place a wrapper on a clean surface, add 2–3 tbsp filling, fold bottom over, fold in sides, roll tightly, sealing with water.
- Heat oil to 350°F. Fry eggrolls in batches for 2–3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels. Roll in cinnamon sugar if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
Pat strawberries dry before using to prevent soggy eggrolls. For a baked version, brush with melted butter and bake at 400°F until golden.
