Strawberry Cheesecake Eggrolls

Description

Crispy strawberry cheesecake eggrolls with a creamy, tangy filling and fresh berries. Perfect dessert for parties or weekend treats.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries, patted dry
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Water for sealing
  • Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)
  • Optional: Cinnamon sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fold in strawberries gently.
  3. Place a wrapper on a clean surface, add 2–3 tbsp filling, fold bottom over, fold in sides, roll tightly, sealing with water.
  4. Heat oil to 350°F. Fry eggrolls in batches for 2–3 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels. Roll in cinnamon sugar if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Pat strawberries dry before using to prevent soggy eggrolls. For a baked version, brush with melted butter and bake at 400°F until golden.
