Description

Ingredients

  • 1-2 teaspoons milk (for glaze)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Fold in the chopped strawberries gently.
  5. Pour in the milk and stir until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Whisk together powdered sugar, pureed strawberries, and milk until smooth for the glaze.
  9. Drizzle the glaze over the warm biscuits before serving.
