- 1 tsp baking powder

- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- Combine all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream the butter and sugar in another bowl until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients alternately with milk, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries and chopped almonds.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor and texture. Be careful not to overmix the batter.
