Ingredients

  • 200g beef, thinly sliced
  • 200g noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar to create the sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, then add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced beef to the pan and cook until browned.
  5. Add the bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to combine.
  7. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well coated.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes
