Description

A delicious and easy-to-make steak and cheese rice dish perfect for a spring dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
