Discover the secret to irresistible flavors and sizzling satisfaction with these delicious steak cheese quesadillas cooked on a Blackstone griddle.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup cooked steak, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
  2. Drizzle olive oil on the griddle and add sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until softened.
  3. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
  4. Place one tortilla on the griddle and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  5. Add the cooked steak and sautéed vegetables on top of the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the steak and fold the tortilla in half.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the griddle, slice, and serve hot.
