- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup cooked steak, sliced
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
- Drizzle olive oil on the griddle and add sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until softened.
- Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
- Place one tortilla on the griddle and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
- Add the cooked steak and sautéed vegetables on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the steak and fold the tortilla in half.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the griddle, slice, and serve hot.
