Description

A comforting pasta dish combining tender steak, hearty rigatoni, and creamy blue cheese for a flavorful experience.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rigatoni, steak, wilted spinach, blue cheese, heavy cream, and beef broth. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
