- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- Green food coloring (optional)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms. If desired, add green food coloring to achieve a festive color.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
