A festive and delicious dessert perfect for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day.
Ingredients

- 1 box of brownie mix
- 2 cups of whipped cream
- 1 cup of green food coloring
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 cup of mint chocolate cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup of chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake.
- Once cooled, cut the brownies into small squares.
- In a trifle dish, layer half of the brownie squares at the bottom.
- Add a layer of whipped cream over the brownies.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed mint chocolate cookies on top of the whipped cream.
- Drizzle some chocolate syrup over the cookies.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Finish with a layer of whipped cream and garnish with chocolate chips and green food coloring.
Notes
- For a more intense mint flavor, consider adding mint extract to the whipped cream.
- Make sure the brownies are completely cooled before layering to prevent melting the whipped cream.
