  • 1 cup of green food coloring
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of mint chocolate cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate syrup

  3. In a trifle dish, layer half of the brownie squares at the bottom.
  4. Add a layer of whipped cream over the brownies.
  5. Sprinkle half of the crushed mint chocolate cookies on top of the whipped cream.
