A festive and healthy dip perfect for St. Patrick’s Day, served with a colorful veggie tray.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Assorted fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers, cucumbers)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados until smooth.
- Add the sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, lime juice, and cilantro to the bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with a variety of fresh vegetables on a platter.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add diced jalapeños.
- Can be made a day in advance; just add lime juice to prevent browning.
