Description

A festive and healthy dip perfect for St. Patrick’s Day, served with a colorful veggie tray.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Assorted fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers, cucumbers)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados until smooth.
  2. Add the sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, lime juice, and cilantro to the bowl.
  3. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with a variety of fresh vegetables on a platter.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add diced jalapeños.
  • Can be made a day in advance; just add lime juice to prevent browning.
