Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms until they are soft.
- Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stir in the sautéed mushrooms and spinach, followed by the cheese and flour.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into each cup.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are set and lightly golden.
- Let them cool slightly before removing from the tin.
