Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9-inch pie dish with a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Press the pie crust into the greased dish, ensuring it fits snugly against the edges.
- Sauté the fresh spinach in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- Spread the sautéed spinach evenly over the pie crust.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the spinach.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a bowl until combined.
- Pour the egg mixture gently over the spinach and feta layers in the pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
