A delicious and easy recipe for spicy tofu served with a creamy coconut sauce, perfect for a vegan meal.
Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
- In a large skillet, heat coconut oil over medium heat.
- Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sriracha, coconut milk, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the tofu in the skillet and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
