Description

A delicious and easy recipe for spicy tofu served with a creamy coconut sauce, perfect for a vegan meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat coconut oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  4. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sriracha, coconut milk, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce over the tofu in the skillet and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
