- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes, milk, green bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra spice, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the mixture.
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
