Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 cups tomatoes, blended
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons ground crayfish
  • 2 tablespoons ground pepper (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the blended tomatoes and cook until the mixture thickens.
  4. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and add the ground crayfish, ground pepper, thyme, and salt.
  6. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Adjust seasoning as necessary and serve hot.
