- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 cups tomatoes, blended
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons ground crayfish
- 2 tablespoons ground pepper (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the blended tomatoes and cook until the mixture thickens.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add the ground crayfish, ground pepper, thyme, and salt.
- Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Adjust seasoning as necessary and serve hot.
