Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheese, jalapeños, breadcrumbs, egg, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
