Description
A flavorful twist on traditional deviled eggs, infused with spicy gochujang for a unique kick.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon gochujang
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water, bringing it to a boil, then covering and letting sit for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove the eggs from the pot and place them in an ice bath to cool.
- Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, gochujang, Dijon mustard, rice vinegar, and salt to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes
- Adjust the amount of gochujang to taste for desired spiciness.
- These can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
