  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  5. Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  7. Spread the mixture over the graham cracker crust in the baking pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before cutting into bars.
