A delicious and easy recipe for Smashburger Quesadillas that combines the flavors of a classic burger with the convenience of a quesadilla.
Ingredients

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- Cooking spray or oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray or add a little oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Add the ground beef, onions, tomatoes, pickles, mustard, and ketchup on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the filling and top with the second tortilla.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then carefully flip the quesadilla.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the fillings with your favorite burger toppings.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole for dipping.
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
