These Smash Chicken Caesar Tacos are golden-crispy, juicy, and layered with classic Caesar salad flavors. They’re quick to make and completely irresistible.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp beef bacon bits
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Instructions
- Mix ground chicken with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Spread a thin layer of seasoned chicken on the back of each tortilla.
- Heat a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook tortilla chicken-side down for 2–3 minutes. Flip and cook other side 1–2 minutes.
- Top with romaine, Caesar dressing, parmesan, and bacon bits.
- Fold and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crunch, top with crushed croutons. To make it dairy-free, use vegan Caesar and skip the cheese.
