Description

These Smash Chicken Caesar Tacos are golden-crispy, juicy, and layered with classic Caesar salad flavors. They’re quick to make and completely irresistible.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp beef bacon bits
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chicken with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Spread a thin layer of seasoned chicken on the back of each tortilla.
  3. Heat a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook tortilla chicken-side down for 2–3 minutes. Flip and cook other side 1–2 minutes.
  4. Top with romaine, Caesar dressing, parmesan, and bacon bits.
  5. Fold and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crunch, top with crushed croutons. To make it dairy-free, use vegan Caesar and skip the cheese.
