- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup egg noodles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- Add the chopped onion, carrots, celery, and garlic on top of the chicken.
- Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the egg noodles to the slow cooker.
- Stir well and continue cooking until the noodles are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For added flavor, you can use homemade chicken broth.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
