Description

A delicious and easy recipe for chicken fajitas made on a single sheet pan, perfect for a spring dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss everything together until the chicken and vegetables are well coated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve with tortillas and your favorite toppings.
