A delicious and elegant appetizer featuring creamy brie cheese baked with garlic and fresh herbs.
Ingredients

- 1 round of brie cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 sheet of puff pastry (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- If using puff pastry, roll it out and place the brie in the center.
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the garlic and herb mixture over the top of the brie.
- If using puff pastry, fold the pastry over the brie and seal the edges.
- Place the brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the brie is soft and the pastry is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.
- Feel free to experiment with different herbs based on your preference.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
