Ingredients

  • 1 round of brie cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. If using puff pastry, roll it out and place the brie in the center.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the garlic and herb mixture over the top of the brie.
  5. If using puff pastry, fold the pastry over the brie and seal the edges.
  6. Place the brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the brie is soft and the pastry is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
