Description

A quick and healthy recipe for sautéed vegetables that can be served as a side dish or a main course.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet.
  4. Sauté the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender but still crisp.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce if using.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
