Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet.
- Sauté the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender but still crisp.
- Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce if using.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
